today woke up at 7 plus..went for training...and is like abt 7 - 8..no coach but still train...today they quite serious..very g00d...train them..50 plus shooting..15 set full court figure 8..pair to pair lay up..each pers0n.. lay-up 5 shot arh?100 lay-up..free throw..push-ups..and a few match..defense and attack..not bad arh..jiayous bah everyone..!!be m0re serious and i know your can do it!!
