after eating went up to play badminton..
start to play a match with siewlin..

then went training..
train jiasheng..wenkai and xiaohui..
train until got blister..
first time sia..
then runtian train me..
whole boz of shutterss..
non-stop..

im going to workhard..
i wan to get into wee kim wee
